What is Aumia?

It is our vocation as goldsmiths and our love for the beautiful and unique things in life that informed the interior design of the newly built Aumia apartments, which have been accredited the Klimahaus A Nature award. Its interior design echoes the fantastic colour combinations of our favourite jewels. And add to that the glorious panoramic views towards Völs and the Schlern, which all apartments offer. A lot to experience.

Self check-in

We do not have a classic reception desk. Instead we will send you a digital code shortly before you arrive which will allow you autonomous and flexible access to your apartment from 14.00 onwards.

Arrival & departure

Your booking provides access to you apartment from 14.00. We kindly ask our guests to vacate the apartment at 9.30 on the day of departure.

Prices

All prices are per apartment and for 2 people (without meals included) and for a minimum stay of 3 nights. Additional people will be charged €15 per person sharing per night plus local holiday tax.

Little prices for little people

• Children 0-2 years of age free
• Children 3 years and older: 15€

Holiday tax

Local holiday tax is 2.50€ per person per day, children under 14 are free.

Open spaces and modern materials make for unique characters for all our five apartments.

Family

Families are welcome. If you need a child’s cot we will be happy to provide one.

Breakfast

We want you to have a magnificent start to your day. We will be happy to get you your favourite bread rolls at the local bakery. And we will charge you according to your orders. Easy and without fuss.

Kitchen

All apartments comprise modern kitchens, fully equipped with everything you may need. And what you need for your home-cooked meals can be found in a well-stocked supermarket close by or – from May to October – on our local farmers’ market in the village.

Dinner

Aumia does not have its own restaurant, but we provide information on the best restaurants in the Schlern area, the most original inn and the coolest bar in Völs – all of them places we recommend and frequent ourselves.

Cancellations

• Cancellations on the assumed day of arrival or non-arrival result in charging for the full period of the booking. Leaving early will also result in a charge for the full period of the original booking.
• Up until three months prior to arrival cancellation is free of charge
• Cancelling between one and three months prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit (30% of the overall price)
• Cancelling less than one month prior to arrival will result in a charge of 70% of the overall price
• You are looking forward to your holidays. But a lot may happen before you arrive and during your stay, which is why we recommend travel insurance (link here).

Deposits and booking confirmation

At the time of booking we ask for a booking deposit of 30% of the overall price for your stay, to be lodged on this account:

Once the money has been transferred your reservation is binding. Acc. to Art. 1385 of the Italian Civic Law, the deposit may not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.

Cleaning of the apartment

If the apartment needs to be cleaned during your holidays we charge 20€, and we charge 70€ for the final cleaning of the apartment after your departure. We offer access to a washing machine.

Accepted methods of payment

We accept payments in cash (observe legal limit), via Bankomat or credit cards (Visa, Master, Carta-Si).

Garage

Every apartments is provided with a roofed garage parking lot.

Mobilcard – Südtirol Alto Adige Guest Pass

While you stay in your Aumia apartment you may avail of your free mobilcard for the holiday region Seiser Alm, which gives you free access to buses and trains in the regional area.

The following services are included:

• Shuttle buses in the holiday region Seiser Alm (except lines 10 and 11)
• Regional trains in South Tyrol, from the Brenner Pass to Trient, and from Mals to Innichen
• Local buses (city, intercity buses)
• Cable cars at the Ritten, Meransen, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran
• Cable cars on the Mendel and the tram on the Ritten
• One return trip from Mals to Müstair in Switzerland

There are reductions for the Combi Card, the Nordic Pass and the Seiser Alm Gold Card . The Mobilcard has a validity of 7 days and will be renewed if you stay longer.
